Complete and send us the Request For Proposal form. You may Request a Proposal Online or Download the Printable Version and send by fax or mail. From this initial phase, our team of retirement plan design experts will evaluate your goals, objectives and firm census. We will present to you the plan designs that will best meet your particular needs. This process is absolutely cost free! Step 2: Once you have chosen the type of plan, a phone interview will be conducted to gather specific information about your firm and to determine plan features like eligibility requirements, vesting schedules, entry dates, loan provisions, etc. This interview will allow us to have all of the trust and installation documents complete and signature ready.
A Florida Bar Member Benefits Insurance & Retirement Program representative will meet with you and your employees at your law firm. This meeting will last approximately 2 hours. The first half will be dedicated to executing the plan documents. The balance of the meeting will include a full presentation and explanation of the plan to you and your employees, complete with enrollment and educational materials. Step 4: We take it from here. Your plan will be ready to receive funds in no time. Participants will be able to view and direct their own accounts through a fully transactional website.
