BPC Financial clearly understands its objective to support association and professional affinity group clients by providing customized insurance products and employee benefit plans to their individual members. Our History Earl C. Trefry, Jr., CLU, the founder of BPC Financial, formerly Business Planning Concepts, Inc., graduated from the University of Florida in 1972. Earl, a.k.a. Chip, has spent most of his career specializing in helping professionals with their insurance and planning needs. Incorporated October 1, 1984, under the laws of The State of Florida and domiciled in Jacksonville, Florida, the company was formed expressly to provide professionals and their firms with specialized insurance products and advice. BPC Financial began working with associations by providing the Duval County Bar Association with a non-cancellable Disability Income product in 1985. This program was offered to The Florida Bar in 1987, initiating The Florida Bar’s relationship with BPC Financial. Since that time, BPC Financial has developed and enhanced a complete array of programs designed for association members and their firms. BPC Financial is a proud member of AIPAGIA, an association comprised of members who are regarded as the leading administrators of group insurance in the United States of America.
